CLEAR SCOPE. PRACTICAL PLANNING. CAREFUL WORK.

How your project comes together

From the first repair question to the final walkthrough, we keep the next step clear. Here is what to expect when you work with Skystar Construction.

01 / CONTACT US

Tell us what you need

Share your project address, a description of the work, and any timing priorities. Photos and a short list of concerns help us understand where to begin.

02 / SITE VISIT & PROJECT REVIEW

Understand the scope

We review the project, visit where needed, take measurements, and discuss materials, access, and conditions that may affect the work. We identify questions that need a specialist or further evaluation.

03 / CLEAR ESTIMATE

Know what is proposed

You receive a written estimate outlining the proposed work. We discuss scope, assumptions, material selections, and any exclusions so you can make an informed decision.

04 / APPROVAL & SCHEDULING

Agree on the next steps

Once the estimate is approved, we coordinate scheduling, access, and preparation. Material availability, weather, permits, and specialty trades may affect timing; we communicate as those details develop.

05 / COMPLETE THE WORK

Put the plan into action

Our team performs or coordinates the agreed scope. If an unexpected condition or requested change affects the work, we discuss the change and any estimate or schedule implications before proceeding with that change.

06 / FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Review the finished work

We review the completed project with you, discuss applicable care information, and address agreed final details. Questions and remaining items are made clear.

A useful first conversation

It helps to have the property address, photos of the area, approximate dimensions if available, your desired outcome, and any access or HOA requirements. You do not need to know the technical solution before contacting us.

Can I combine several smaller repairs?

Yes. Share the full list so we can review the tasks together, consider materials and access, and propose an appropriate scope.

Do you perform every specialty trade yourselves?

No. We perform or coordinate the work appropriate to the project. When a scope requires a qualified or licensed specialty professional, we involve the appropriate provider.

Can you give a price from photos?

Photos can help us understand a project. Some scopes require a site visit, measurements, or further evaluation before a useful written estimate can be prepared.

What if the project changes?

We discuss proposed changes, relevant costs, and schedule implications with you. Work outside the agreed scope should be approved before it proceeds.
